Of course it is anybody's guess as to when the NDA on OS 3.0 will be lifted but there is a much better chance after WWDC than before. We're big fans of being in metro areas. What's making you move out of town? Even though we love folks to stay and hang with us, we like them to have some options too if they like, especially a starbucks, LOL Being walkable was definitely a plus for Defrag for me.
