Cancellation and Refund Policy

Note: This post is for housekeeping purposes (i.e. mainly attendee cancellations), not a sign of impending doom. The show is going to happen in March, no doubt about it. We have waaaaay to much killer content to turn back now! :)

Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event that we cancel the conference, only the registration fee will be reimbursed. Hotel and airfare are the responsibility of the attendees.

Refund policy

Full refunds are available up until 3 weeks before the conference, no penalties. After that we’ve committed to those numbers for SWAG, etc.
